Ordering conditions
When placing the order, please provide as accurate information as possible. The accuracy of the transmitted information ensures fast and trouble-free delivery of the order. In case of problems, you will be contacted by email or phone.
- GENERAL TERMS
1.1 The conditions apply to the rights and obligations of www.lillepood.ee e-shop customers (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and Lille Express OÜ (hereinafter referred to as lillepood.ee) when purchasing goods.
1.2 When registering as a lillepood.ee user and/or purchasing a product, the terms of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply.
1.3 Lillepood.ee reserves the right to make changes to sales conditions and sales prices. The mentioned changes will be reflected on the lillepood.ee website.
- ENTRY INTO CONTRACT
2.1 Lillepood.ee sells and the Customer buys products offered in the e-shop.
2.2 The sales contract between lillepood.ee and the Customer comes into effect from the receipt of the amount to be paid according to the order confirmation to the current account of Lille Express OÜ.
2.3 When placing an order and making a payment in the lillepood.ee e-store, the customer confirms that he has read the terms of sale and agrees with them.
- PRICES
3.1 All prices in the lillepood.ee e-shop are in euros and include VAT 22%.
3.2 Lillepood.ee reserves the right to adjust prices. If the customer placed the order before the price change took effect, the price that was reflected on the invoice at the time of placing the order applies to him. The customer has no right to demand compensation for the price difference.
- FORMING THE ORDER AND PAYING FOR THE GOODS
4.1 When paying for the order, the customer can choose a suitable payment method – Swedbank; SEB Bank; LHV Bank; Luminor Bank with bank link or credit card. The customer pays 100% of the order amount to confirm the order.
4.2 The sales contract is deemed to be concluded and the fulfillment of the order is started immediately if the customer has paid 100% of the order amount.
- DELIVERY
5.1 Flowers are a seasonal product and not all flowers and colors may always be available, therefore lillepood.ee reserves the right to replace the material for the same amount if necessary, but guarantees a product as similar as possible to the product ordered by the Customer.
5.2 The order is forwarded to the courier service provider, who hands over the shipment to the recipient specified by the Customer. Before the order is forwarded to the courier service provider, the recipient is contacted.
5.3 Orders placed before 3 p.m. Mon-Fri will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
5.4 On major holidays – Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day – express and hourly courier orders are not fulfilled, all orders are fulfilled in the duration of the day.
5.5 If lillepood.ee or the courier service provider does not succeed in contacting the customer or the recipient, and as a result there is an empty ride, additional courier fee must be paid in case of a second delivery attempt.
- CANCELLATION OF ORDER
6.1 If the goods ordered by the customer are not available and if the replacement goods are unsuitable, lillepood.ee will cancel the order. The order can be partially or completely cancelled. The customer will be informed of the cancellation of the order immediately.
6.2 Upon cancellation of the order, the amount paid by the Customer will be returned as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
- RETURN OF PRODUCTS
7.1 Flowers belong to the category of perishable goods and there is no right of return for them, unless the product to be returned does not correspond to the product ordered by the Customer.
- RIGHT AND PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT
8.1 In the event of a defect, the customer has the right to contact lillepood.ee within 12 hours at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@lillepood.ee or by calling +372 6419911.
8.2 Lillepood.ee is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the Customer with the contract conditions or for defects that existed at the time of handing over the product.
8.3 Lillepood.ee is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the Customer.
8.4 Lillepood.ee shall respond to the Customer’s claim in writing or in a form that allows resubmission within 3 days.
- LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 Lillepood.ee is responsible to the Customer, and the Customer is responsible to lillepood.ee to the other party for the damage caused by these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent stipulated in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
9.2 Lillepood.ee is not responsible for damages caused to the Customer or for delays in delivery if the delay in delivering the product is due to circumstances that lillepood.ee could not affect and foresee.
- PRIVACY
10.1 By using the lillepood.ee e-store, the Customer gives clear and informed consent to lillepood.ee to process their personal data.
10.2 Lillepood.ee uses the information provided by the Customer only to fulfill the Customer’s purchase order and does not disclose it to third parties.
- OTHER TERMS
11.1 Disagreements and disputes arising from the fulfillment of these terms and conditions shall be resolved primarily by negotiation. If disputes arising from the agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the Customer has the right to appeal to the Consumer Protection Agency or the court. Lillepood.ee has the right to go to court to protect its rights.
